Afterglow

Afterglow is a colourful, layered piece inspired by that soft, colourful light you see at the end of the day. I wanted this piece to feel loose and spontaneous, with lots of movement and hints of colour showing through the layers.
 
Pink, coral, purple, blue and touches of gold come together in a way that feels both energetic and soft. The surface has is full of texture and mark-making, and the natural deckled edges are left visible to keep the handmade quality of the original.
