Nicole Pullen Art is an online-based retail art shop.  All products are made & shipped out of my studio in Stratford, Ontario Canada

via Canada Post unless otherwise arranged.

PAYMENTS

I accept payments through Stripe Payments. PAYPAL, Credit Card & EMT.   

 

PRICING & SALES TAX

All prices listed on www.nicolepullenart.com are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include the sales tax (GST) of 13%.

CUSTOM ORDERS

My artwork is designed and produced by myself. Each piece is unique and it would be impossible to exactly replicate any artwork that has been previously made. Take a look through the gallery to get a general idea of pieces that you are interested in.  Contact me and we can discuss creating a piece that is specially suited to you with your own personalization. I am able to create customize sizes, colours & other options that you may require. Full payment is required for custom artwork.  

 

COLOURS

Due to the variation in the way colours are displayed on different computers & in photography, the actual colours in our products may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.

Specifications of each product is located with each listing. Before making your purchase please double check that the products specifications are correct. Please do not hesitate in sending me a message should you need assistance with your purchase - colour, sizing, materials etc.

SHIPPING

Canada & the U.S. shipping is included in the price listed.  Contact me to arrange a quote for International delivery. Any extra duties & custom charges are the responsibility of the customer.  All of our products will be carefully wrapped and packaged to avoid being damaged in delivery.

Orders will be shipped out of Stratford Ontario, Canada.  

 

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, we will need an actual address for delivery. 

 

All deliveries will be sent out with the tracking & insurance option.

DELIVERY WITHIN CANADA 

Shipping is included for Regular Parcel Delivery Service. In Canada, Regular Parcel Service can take 4 to 10 business days depending on your location. Items will be sent securely via Canada Post with tracking service. Please note shipping info within each listing. Larger artworks shipped by FedEx or local delivery service.  

Delivery times may vary dependent on location. 

    

LARGER ARTWORK

Being that larger artwork is delicate to ship & needs to be specially packaged (sometimes specifically crated) to avoid damage to the artwork.  When purchasing larger pieces, please contact us at Nicole Pullen Art to arrange a special quote based on size, weight & packaging that will be calculated based on your location. If you are located in the Southwestern Ontario area, special day courier arrangement can be arranged. For any reason that you want the item to be returned, it will be your responsibility to properly arrange correct packaging & delivery pay for shipping. Please ask any questions before making your purchase. Please contact us should this happen & keep receipt of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact us if you are outside of Canada to arrange a shipping quote.  

All major currencies are accepted - via PayPal. Your order will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your payment provider may charge you a fee for purchasing in a different currency. It is advisable to check with your payment provider, before making your purchase. You will be responsible to pay any additional customs or import duties.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with each purchase. Should you have an issue with a purchased item please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your delivery. Please do not send items back without first discussing arrangements with me. The purchaser will be responsible for any of the shipping costs involved in returning the item. Please utilize a tracking service and retain the proof of shipping.  Unfortunately, if your item does not arrive back to us in the original condition we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange.  Refund and exchange will not be accepted after 15 days of purchase. No returns on commission artworks, exchange/credit only.
